Fall Engagement Photos at Hoboken, New Jersey

I had the chance to photograph these two in Hoboken, New Jersey, while I was in New York City for the weekend! There wedding took place in Miami at the Confidante Hotel (see their wedding photos here). But they wanted their engagement photos to be at a place where they both loved and felt most comfortable, which was their apartment in Hoboken New Jersey. I have to say they live in such a central spot in town, that I was able to grab coffee and grab some good pizza to eat, all within a walking distance. Anyways, when they welcomed me into their home, I was automatically in love with their decor and over-all vintage, retro chic style. They had a private backyard area where we spent the beginning of the session at, and then we moved inside and they played some of their favorite records, and the song to what will be their first dance.

They also have a cute, little dog, that I was obsessed with haha! She was apart of all the photos, and you can tell she almost ran the house haha! I am a total dog lover, so getting to play with pups during work is like heaven to me haha! Anyways, when we finished the session, we talked about all the details of their wedding day, she showed me her wedding invites, they looked so cool! And she also gifted me a home-made vanilla candle, that she made, and planned on using them as thank you gifts for their wedding day! I have to say that candle smelled amazingggg!!! And I still think about it till this day haha!

Below are just a few of my favorites :)
